Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Furniture ERP mobile app, web app and this website ("Furniture ERP", "we", "us") handle, why, and the choices you have. Furniture ERP is operated by Harsh Gami.

1. Who this applies to

Furniture ERP is a business tool. Accounts are created for staff of an organisation (for example a furniture showroom or retailer) by that organisation's administrator. Information you enter belongs to your organisation, and your administrator controls who in your organisation can see it.

2. Information we handle

Account information

Your name, mobile number, email address (optional), role, and the branches and categories you are allowed to use. Your administrator provides this when creating your account. Your password is stored in hashed form, never in plain text.

Business content you enter

Orders, customer names, phone numbers, delivery addresses and GST numbers, products, stock levels, payments, delivery details, notes, and photos you attach (such as product, order or challan photos). This content is stored so your organisation can run its business.

Device and session information

A push-notification token for your device so we can send alerts you have allowed, and the technical data needed to keep you signed in securely (for example a session token).

What we do not collect

The app does not collect your precise or approximate location, your contacts, your health data, or your advertising identifier, and it does not include advertising or third-party tracking software.

3. How we use information

• To provide the app: sign you in, show your organisation's orders, deliveries, payments, products and stock, and apply your role's permissions.
• To send one-time sign-in codes and notifications you have allowed.
• To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and troubleshoot problems.
• To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Permissions the app may ask for

• Camera — to take product, challan or site photos you choose to attach.
• Photo library — to pick existing images to attach to products or orders.
• Notifications — to alert you about orders, deliveries and payments.

You can change these at any time in your device's Settings. The app still works without them, but the related features will be unavailable.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service, and they process information only to provide that service to us:

• WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) — to deliver one-time sign-in codes and, where your organisation enables it, order messages. Your mobile number is shared with this service for delivery.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver push notifications to your device.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run our servers and databases.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and service.

6. Who can see your data

Within an organisation, people can see only the modules and branches their administrator has granted. Organisations are kept separate from each other; one organisation cannot see another's data.

7. Storage and security

Information is stored on servers we control. We use access controls, role-based permissions and hashed passwords to protect it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and fix problems promptly.

8. Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as your organisation's account is active and as needed to provide the service. You have choices about your information:

• Access or correct your details: ask your organisation's administrator, or write to us.
• Delete your account or data: ask your administrator to remove your user, or email us at [email protected] from your registered mobile number or email and we will process the request, usually within 30 days, subject to what we must keep by law or for legitimate business records.
• Turn off notifications and permissions in your device Settings.

9. Children

Furniture ERP is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. International use

Our servers and providers may be located in a different country from you. By using the service you understand that your information may be processed there.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email.
