Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Furniture ERP mobile app, web app and website (the "Service"), operated by Harsh Gami ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Furniture ERP helps furniture businesses manage orders, deliveries, payments, products, inventory and procurement. The Service is provided to organisations ("Customers") and their staff members ("Users").
2. Accounts and access
- Accounts are created and managed by your organisation's administrator. You need an organisation code, your mobile number and password to sign in, and you may also be asked for a one-time code.
- Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Your administrator decides which modules, branches and actions you can access. Some features may be unavailable depending on your organisation's plan.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful or to infringe others' rights;
- try to access data or accounts you are not permitted to access, or bypass permission controls;
- interfere with, probe, overload or attempt to reverse engineer the Service, or introduce malicious code;
- upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is harmful or misleading.
4. Your business data
You and your organisation own the business data you enter (orders, customers, products and so on). You grant us permission to store and process that data only to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including customer and tax information (such as GST details), and for complying with the laws that apply to your business. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
5. Plans and fees
Access to the Service for an organisation may be offered through trial or paid plans agreed between us and the Customer outside the mobile app. The app itself does not sell digital goods or contain in-app purchases. Plan limits (such as number of users, branches and included modules) apply as agreed.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and may suspend access to protect the Service or where an account is misused or unpaid.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos and content we provide, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service according to these Terms. Third-party names and marks, such as WhatsApp, belong to their owners.
8. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party services such as the WhatsApp Business Platform and Google Firebase. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Service supports your record-keeping; it does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice, and you are responsible for verifying figures such as invoices, GST and stock.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose, or, if you paid nothing, to a nominal amount.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We or your organisation's administrator may suspend or end your access if these Terms are breached or the account is no longer needed. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability) will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
